Our Experienced Trial Attorneys Focus On Results

Confronting And Prevailing In Business Litigation With Reliable Legal Counsel

Business and commercial litigation are fundamental practice areas of our law firm, Kahle Law. Our skillful, experienced business law attorneys have long histories and a solid reputation encompassing all aspects of business and commerce. They have experience handling disputes over startups, contract disputes, settlement negotiations and representation at trials in state and federal courts throughout northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio.

Our business litigation clients span many industries and practice areas. Our background and depth of experience enable us to evaluate the facts of a case efficiently and recommend promising strategies tailored to our clients’ best interests.

Types Of Litigation And Our Philosophy

Business litigation represents problems that demand sensible, timely resolutions. Business owners often experience stress and lose time and focus under the threat of losses associated with contracts, relationships and regulatory violations. Contact us to request a consultation regarding any dispute that your business is now facing, such as the following:

  • Breach of contract claims
  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Employment disputes
  • Issues concerning noncompete agreements
  • Allegations of false advertising, libel or unfair competition
  • Gas and oil disputes
  • Allegations of regulatory violations

Our trial lawyers represent both plaintiffs and defendants in West Virginia and  Ohio. We recognize that winning a case may not really be a ‘win’ if the litigation costs are too high. Therefore, we often steer our clients in the direction of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as negotiations, mediation or arbitration. However, if a case must go to trial, we work hard to advocate staunchly and cost-effectively for the client.

We look forward to hearing from you.
